Ride Evaluation
Ninja has a special place in my heart. Ninja is not only one of the Best Arrow suspended coasters, but it's also MY first REAL roller coaster I ever rode back in 2004. And I've ridden This to the T and can never stop getting a thrill off this coaster. This coaster takes full advantage of SFMM's landscaping on the mountain as you swing side to side through trees. However in the past two years the park has significantly removed some trees after it's mishap in 2014. But there are still lots of trees that hide this roller coaster from some parts. The ride does even get a little intense in some parts as you swing and it's trademark helix hugging the water at 55 mph. This coaster still packs quite a punch since it opened in 1988 and has been labeled by some people as a "family coaster" but I think it had to be the most intense family coaster if you call it that :). I hope Six Flags doesn't give this coaster the "axe" or change it significantly because the coaster still remains an awesome suspended coaster, and a great coaster to my heart.
